The Subtle Pull Before Expansion
SheilaI've watched something happen with some of the most capable women that I know, and I've lived it myself. Right before a real expansion, there's a subtle pull that shows up before the plan ever does. In the next few minutes, I want to help you recognize what that pull actually is, why it's showing up now, and how to trust it without rushing or second-guessing yourself, because ignoring it keeps you busy. But when you listen to it, you can change how you lead and how you grow.

Naming The Inner Nudge
SheilaNow, if you're listening to this and you feel like something inside of you is gently asking for more, you're not imagining it. It might feel like an inner nudge or a pull towards something bigger. It might feel like a clarity that you can't quite put words to yet, that you're searching for. Truly a sense that the way you've been operating no longer fits the woman who you're becoming. This is something that is really important to listen to. I believe it's guidance, it's direction
Vision Arrives Before Logistics
Sheilafor you. And what's important here is that you also don't need to be in the energy of having to figure it all out all at once. You've just come through a December season, or whenever you're listening to this, you may have been coming through a season where you have been trying to figure things out, trying to gain clarity. And I find at this time of year, January has this way of bringing clarity without as much force as perhaps other times of the year. I don't know if it's seasonal. I don't know if it's just because it's an energy so many people are in of endings and new beginnings. But your body often will sense the next chapter before your mind can organize it. And I've experienced this in countless ways in countless places in my life over the years. It's like vision almost always arrives before the logistics do. And I will say this again and again: real leadership starts with listening to yourself.
Who Are You Becoming
SheilaNow, the pull you may be feeling right now is actually guidance, as I mentioned. And so many high-performing women override this moment. They rush to name it, to package it up and plan it out and maybe explain it away to everyone. But this season isn't asking for you to sprint. And I know that's counterintuitive for what you may experience in the grand ecosystem of business. What I believe this season is asking of you is to recognize who you're becoming. And hopefully you have practices in place throughout the year, every year, that help you consider these things. So who are you becoming? Perhaps the woman who honors her inner cues instead of dismissing them, the woman who no longer overrides her instincts to stay productive or palatable. These are big questions. Maybe the woman
Trusting The Pull Over Doubt
Sheilawho makes decisions from resonance instead of urgency. Or I love this one. The woman whose next level is already present. It's here right now, and you can feel it, it's there, but it may not have fully taken shape yet. In spite of what you may think, you don't need to force clarity. Clarity can come through as you allow it to come through. And that's a different energy, isn't it? It's not forcing, it's allowing. I want to offer you a really simple permission slip that asks you this. What would change today if you trusted the pull that you feel inside instead of doubting it? Because typically, when you're feeling a pull and that doubt comes right after it, that's just because it's something unfamiliar to you. It's the next level of you, your future self calling you forward. And yeah, it might feel uncomfortable because you had never done it before. What if you trusted that pull though and took a step? Right now, we're going to just start with sitting with trusting it though. Trust that pull. You don't need an answer right now. You can take your time.
