The Sheila Botelho Show: Business Strategy and the Inner Work of Leadership
You've built a business and hit the goals that looked impressive from the outside.
And somewhere in the middle of it, you started wondering what it would feel like to grow without trading pieces of yourself for the next milestone.
That's the room this show holds.
Every week, Sheila brings the kind of conversation you'd have with a strategist who's been inside the systems, the identity work, the decisions that don't have a clean framework yet. An exchange built from decades of sitting across from founders navigating exactly this stretch.
You'll hear business strategy, leadership, profit, identity, and the shifting landscape of entrepreneurship, covered the way it actually shows up: tangled together, not in neat categories.
Solo episodes. Minisodes. Conversations with founders and leaders building with depth instead of noise.
This is for the founder who's done the surface-level work and is ready for something with more weight to it.
Come on in. This is the place to expand, lead steadier, and trust yourself more fully every time you press play.
New episodes Tuesdays and Thursdays.

🔗 Mentioned on this Episode: Show Notes 👈
In this minisode, I’m sharing a real-life moment that reminded me just how easy it is to miss the present while building the future. If you’re someone who’s vision-focused, detail-oriented, and showing up for your goals day after day, you might still find yourself feeling behind as the week begins. I’ve been there too, and this reflection is an invitation to reconnect with why we’re doing all of this in the first place.
I talk about a day I spent with my sons and nephews that left me both grateful, reflective, and that got me a little emotional. It reminded me that while we plan, track, and push toward the life and business we’re creating, the small everyday moments are what actually shape us. And sometimes, those moments bring up people and dreams we’ve lost along the way. I’m not sharing this to get heavy, but because I know how important it is to stay connected to what really matters, especially when life is moving fast.
This episode is a reminder that your life is happening now, not just when you hit the next goal. The breath, the connection, the presence you cultivate today is part of the vision you’re building. So as you map out your week, I hope this lands like a soft reset that brings you back to center. You get to build something beautiful without missing the beauty that’s already here.
